About the Role Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an experienced, dynamic, hands‑on leader with a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate is adaptable, energetic, goal‑driven, and has a proven track record in hotel management.

Primary Duties
Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6‑12 staff members; provide hands‑on support and guidance.
Ensure the hotel is “Guest Ready” by maintaining high cleanliness standards and addressing guest concerns promptly.
Operate within brand guidelines, meet operational deadlines, manage budgets, and control labor, occupancy, and P&L to ensure successful operations.
Lead sales & marketing initiatives, network locally, and build strong relationships with competitive properties and key clients.
Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and public space duties; cover shifts as needed.
Follow and enforce property emergency procedures and security protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License.
At least 1 year as a Hotel General Manager.
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Proactive and aggressive problem solving.
Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements
Kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending and twisting for long periods.
Ability to lift, push, pull up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
