2-3x a week at the office Our client, a public company, is seeking an innovative and hands‑on VP of Product Design to lead the design of their new direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) product, encompassing the mobile, web, and living‑room experience. Responsibilities
Lead and scale a high‑performing product design team responsible for crafting world‑class user experiences across mobile, web, and living‑room platforms Develop and communicate a clear and compelling design vision that aligns with business objectives and user needs Establish and evolve design systems, production design processes, and creative direction across all product features Champion innovation and push the boundaries of UX/UI Your Background
Proven leadership experience managing and growing design teams within a consumer‑focused digital streaming product environment Deep expertise across UX, UI, interaction design, and visual systems A strong portfolio demonstrating experience leading design for multi‑platform streaming digital products (mobile, web, TV/living room) Familiarity with media and streaming platforms Excellent communication and storytelling skills Nice to have
Experience working on direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) subscription products Background in motion design, animation, or emerging interaction paradigms (e.g., voice, gesture, AI‑driven UX) Experience scaling design teams through high‑growth phases More information
