Bliss Car Wash is looking for an EXPERIENCED SITE MANAGER to join a growing team. At BLISS we make a difference one car at a time. It is not only about what we do, it’s about who we are. The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations from site upkeep to guest service, membership sales, as well as training a positive team. An outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for guest caring is a key component of this role. The Site Manager ensures a positive/safe experience for guests and a safe/positive working environment for employees. This position requires adherence to all guidelines, including company policies and local, state, and federal compliances.
Compensation & Benefits $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
$20 to $28 per Hour
Monthly Bonus up to $500.00 (Up to $6,000 per year)
$1,500 Sign on Bonus
$20 - $28 hourly pay plus commission & possible overtime

Responsibilities
Manage site team and improve / maintain a clean, efficient site.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform attire.
Schedule site team following company policy.
Review and approve employee timecards.
Provide excellent guest experience by training the team on all internal and external programs and building loyalty through the membership program.
Provide daily direction to the team and ensure safety and compliance procedures are adhered to.
Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary.
Train on-site open/close process and ensure the site is fully operational during business hours.
Provide strong positive proactive leadership; offer direction, feedback, and hold team accountable.
Give corrective actions when needed following company policy.
Train the team on product knowledge, package details, upgrades, membership program.
Follow through – train team on offering the membership program to all guests.
Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols.
Perform monthly OSHA training.
Conduct weekly inventory on consumables and monthly product inventory and ordering.
Perform and train on after-hours site cleaning following schedule.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Qualifications Experience
MUST HAVE car wash Management experience.
Knowledge
Must maintain the highest level of guest service.
Adapt to high-volume car wash environment while working in a team.
Take initiative when problems arise.
Adaptability to various situations.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
Willingness to work at other locations as needed.
Improve staff performance through motivation, training, and clear expectations.
Leadership Skills
Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage organization.
Capable of leading, supporting, and contributing to team goals.
Working & Environmental Conditions
Works mainly outdoors and at times indoors.
Constant exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents.
Fluctuation in temperature: heat, cold, humidity.
Loud noise and vibration exposure.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand or walk for extended periods.
Clear speech in English.
Flexible hours: night, day, weekends, holidays.
Operate all related equipment.
Language Skills
Communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.
Reporting Relationships Reports to the Operations Manager.
