Senior Product Manager, Product Launch & GTM Join Zip’s Product Management function and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our direct‑to‑consumer and mobile app experiences. As an outcome‑focused Product Manager (7 + years), you will develop and lead our go‑to‑market function. You’ll drive cross‑functional programs, use data to improve outcomes, and present results to senior leadership.

This role combines program management, customer research, and data analysis to guide positioning, messaging, and marketing efforts, while also monitoring launch performance and reporting results to senior leadership. Ideal candidates have 7 + years in product management or go‑to‑market roles, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of end‑to‑end GTM strategies for new products, particularly high‑visibility, complex, or confidential launches.

Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to craft positioning, messaging, and marketing approaches tailored to core customer segments that produce desired outcomes.

Coordinate with marketing to develop multi‑channel content and campaigns that drive widespread adoption and growth for key launches.

Monitor launch progress, gather customer feedback, and loop this information back to Product and Sales teams to optimize the GTM strategy for long‑term growth.

Work extensively with Product, marketing, and Sales teams, serving as the “glue” that keeps the organization’s most important launches on track, providing flawless program management.

Develop detailed program plans and schedules, manage the execution of tasks, and monitor and report on progress, ensuring activities are completed on time and within budget.

Lead customer research initiatives—including surveys, interviews, and behavioral analysis—to uncover actionable insights that inform product positioning, messaging, and post‑launch iteration.

Conduct data analysis to report launch performance, identify trends, and drive data‑driven optimization decisions. Prepare and deliver high‑impact presentations to executive stakeholders.

Leverage AI tools and capabilities to enhance go‑to‑market strategies, streamline program execution, uncover customer insights, and optimize launch performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Design, Computer Science, Psychology).

Completion of a formal Product Management or Project Management training program is a plus.

7 + years of professional experience in product management, go‑to‑market, or leadership in a cross‑functional environment.

Ability to move seamlessly between “big picture” thinking and leading tactical execution.

Strong business insight with the ability to align program goals with strategic business objectives.

Persuasive communicator using data and metrics to drive improvements and present results to senior leadership.

Experience creating GTM initiatives at scale and working cross‑functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research.

Deep understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, with a track record of using data to guide product decisions and optimize user outcomes.

Compensation The annual base pay range for this position is $130,000 – $160,000. Additional premium percentages may apply based on our tiered premium strategy. The total compensation package may also include a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
