Business Operations

Provide executive oversight for administrative, financial, and facility functions. Strengthen internal systems for HR, finance, and compliance. Ensure policies, procedures, and documentation meet Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) and legal standards. Collaborate with program leadership to align operations with program needs and outcomes.
