Job Details Our company is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic construction team. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee various commercial, federal, and public works projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate and supervise the work of the project team, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Manage and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues and conflicts that arise.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes.
Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry focused on commercial, federal, and public works projects.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional problem‑solving skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Ability to travel as needed to project sites.
