This role is located at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer and responsible for all employment matters.
Responsibilities
Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Set restaurant goals in partnership with the leader and develop plans to achieve them.
Lead a team of Department Managers, setting their individual goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction.
Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build the restaurant’s future leadership.
Qualifications
Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume quick service restaurant locations.
Background in hospitality, retail, or quick service restaurants strongly desired.
Minimum age 18 years to qualify as a manager in corporate owned restaurants.
