Primary Purpose Of Job The Program Aide will assist the Supervisor and Program Director in a wide range of administrative and support‑related tasks to ensure program priorities are maintained.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Handle a wide range of administrative and support‑related tasks for the Supervisor and Program Director.

Order naloxone supplies, maintain inventory, and distribute kits to offices across NYC.

Track staff training and the number of kits distributed in each office.

Maintain documentation and prepare monthly reports on training and kits distributed.

Conduct naloxone training with staff and clients; help staff identify barriers in conducting training.

Interact with clients in a professional manner.

Perform all other relevant duties as determined by Supervision and EAC Network Administration.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Naloxone training certification required within one month of hire.

Commit to working 21 hours a week.

Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, email, and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments.
