What You’ll Do
Support the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close, with strong attention to follow‑up and follow‑through.
Build relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their needs and how our products can help.
Coordinate proof‑of‑concept efforts with sales engineers and product experts to showcase value.
Learn about product updates and industry trends to better support customer conversations.
Help maintain customer relationships and coordinate with deployment and support teams for smooth handoffs.
Assist with pricing discussions and contract coordination alongside senior team members.
Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
Contribute ideas to help refine our sales processes and approaches.
How to Be Successful in This Role
1‑3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer‑facing role (SaaS or tech preferred).
Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to connect authentically with technical buyers.
Good communication skills and eagerness to learn technical concepts.
Comfortable in fast‑paced startup environments and excited about learning on the job.
Self‑motivated and resourceful; you find ways to solve problems and move things forward.
Interest in generative AI and helping customers navigate new technology.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation that includes base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits such as health and dental coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, and life insurance. Actual compensation will vary based on role, level, and location. For team members in the EU and UK, we provide locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
Annual salary range: $175,000‑$220,000 USD.
