Position Overview The

Commercial Real Estate Investment Broker

is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, marketing, and executing real estate investment transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and income‑producing assets.

The role requires a blend of sales acumen, financial analysis, and strategic advisory skills to provide clients with data‑driven investment insights and transaction execution support.

Investment Analysis & Underwriting

Analyze income‑producing properties using financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, cap rate, sensitivity analysis).

Prepare detailed property valuations, rent rolls, cash flow projections, and pro forma statements in Excel or Argus.

Perform market and comparable sales analyses to advise clients on pricing and positioning.

Evaluate debt structures, returns, and capital stack scenarios.

Support investment memos, offering memoranda (OMs), and pitch decks with clear financial narratives.

Compensation Commission based with built‑in client leads and immediate clients to represent.
