Base Pay Range
$103,478.26/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Lead full‑stack development efforts across web and mobile platforms
Architect scalable, maintainable systems using modern design patterns
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact digital solutions
Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence
Requirements
Bachelor’s in CS or related field (Master’s preferred); 10+ years in software development, 3+ years in a lead role
Proven experience in full‑stack development and architectural leadership
Strong background in Java, Angular, AWS, and mobile frameworks
Prior experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Front‑end: Angular 15+ (web), React Native (mobile), micro‑front‑end architecture
Back‑end: Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, AWS Lambda
Mobile: Hybrid and native app development; Ionic framework experience preferred
CMS: Headless Drupal 10 (upgrade to 11 planned)
Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB, ECS), CI/CD pipelines
APIs & Architecture: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices, scalable system design
Integrations: CRM, booking engines, payment gateways (a plus)
AI/ML Exposure: Personalization, search, IVA chat (not required but beneficial)
Leadership: Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
Soft Skills: Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills
Collaboration: Comfortable working in hybrid environments with cross‑functional teams
Interview Process
Three rounds including technical and managerial interviews
Local candidates preferred for in‑person technical rounds
Pay and Benefits The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
