Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead our financial strategy and performance management initiatives. This is a crucial role that requires close collaboration with the CFO, CEO, and senior leadership team to shape the future of our organization. As a trusted advisor, you will spearhead the FP&A function, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling with an emphasis on accuracy and strategic alignment. Your responsibilities will include: Leading financial due diligence for acquisitions and new opportunities. Building and mentoring a high-performing FP&A team. Transitioning seamlessly between long-term strategic planning and detailed financial analysis. Driving continuous improvement in financial systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles. A proven track record of influencing senior leaders, developing high-performing teams, and driving initiatives that enhance profitability and growth is essential. Key qualifications include: Strong analytical and communication skills. Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems. A solid understanding of healthcare payor models and logistics is a plus. An independent and adaptable professional, you should possess experience leading organizations through growth and transformation.
