Maintain sales forecasts in partnership with the sales team and translate forecasts into NetSuite-based demand plans. Monitor inventory levels daily to ensure adequate coverage and mitigate out-of-stock or overstock risks. Analyze SKU performance and recommend rationalization strategies to reduce inefficiencies. Develop and maintain SOPs for planning and inventory processes. Create and manage BOMs, work orders, purchase orders, and transfer orders in NetSuite ERP. Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Track and report on incoming inventory, co-manufacturer capacities, and vendor performance. Solicit competitive bids to optimize pricing and supplier value. Operational Leadership

Lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) meetings, presenting key insights and KPIs to leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, IT, Marketing) to align supply and demand strategies. Execute S&OP strategies to improve inventory turns and reduce stockouts. Data Analysis & Reporting

Track and report forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and other operational KPIs. Analyze trends and adjust forecasts based on real-time sales and production data. Provide strategic input for product launches and capacity planning. Strategic Contributions

Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives. Support new product introductions with detailed supply chain and procurement planning. Participate in continuous improvement projects across logistics and procurement. Requirements

5+ years of experience in inventory and operations management, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry. Proficiency with NetSuite ERP, including multi-location inventory, advanced BOMs, assembly items, and advanced inventory management. Strong procurement and vendor management background (domestic and international). Experience with demand planning and forecasting in both “make” and “buy” environments. Solid understanding of key inventory performance metrics and cost optimization. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (APICS certification preferred). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and planning abilities. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities effectively. Commitment to Diversity
