Finance Consultant - Commercial Real Estate (Asset Management)
who will provide financial expertise and analytical support to optimize the performance of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. This role involves financial modeling, portfolio analysis, investment performance tracking, and strategic recommendations to enhance asset value and investor returns. The ideal candidate has strong experience in commercial real estate finance, investment analysis, and asset management strategy. This is a 3 month contract with hybrid flexibility! Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex financial models for commercial real estate assets (office, retail, industrial, multifamily, etc.). Perform cash flow forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis to support asset management decisions. Evaluate refinancing, disposition, and acquisition opportunities to maximize portfolio returns. Analyze leasing activity, market conditions, capital expenditures, and operational efficiency. Partner with cross-functional teams (leasing, property management, acquisitions, and accounting) to execute asset business plans. Prepare detailed asset performance reports, variance analyses, and presentations for senior management and investors. Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, asset management, or investment analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, IRR, NPV, waterfall analysis) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic thinker with a collaborative and proactive approach. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan. Seniority level
