Onsite position in Sunnyvale
W2 only - Benefits available thru Milestone
AI Cloud Computing
Overview Level 2 service desk support for 1,500+ end users
Required Skills
3+ years’ experience in IT end user support, ideally for technology or enterprise-level companies
Mac OS/desktop support experience, including JAMF for MDM
Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, and Google Workspace
Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA, FreshService, or similar
Customer focused approach to delivering excellent service and support to internal customers
Okta experience (preferred) for onboarding, account provisioning, access management, etc.
AV/VC experience with Zoom highly preferred (setting up conference rooms, large events, etc.)
