A Day in the Life of the Python Engineer III
In this role, you’ll help design, build, and deliver scalable software that drives real impact. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you’ll contribute to reliable, high-performing systems while continuously improving code quality and delivery practices. You’ll also play a key role in developing monitoring and automation tools that enhance the stability and speed of software releases.
Responsibilities include:
Design and implement scalable software features using modern frameworks and programming languages
Write clean, maintainable code supported by automated testing practices
Collaborate across teams to turn technical requirements into robust software solutions
Diagnose and resolve moderately complex technical issues through systematic debugging and analysis
Optimize system and database performance to improve efficiency
Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for reliable, frequent releases
Implement infrastructure as code and automation strategies for development and production environments
Develop and manage system monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain uptime and performance
Adapt to evolving requirements by designing flexible, scalable software architectures
Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
Requirements and Qualifications:
3+ years of professional Python development experience
Proven experience with Django, GraphQL, React, and AWS
Strong ability to diagnose and solve moderately complex technical problems
Experience with full-stack projects, handling both backend and frontend with qualifiable contributions
Hands-on experience with deploying or maintaining applications on AWS
Comfort working in evolving or ambiguous technical settings, with sound judgment and adaptability
