Job Description UW Medicine Montlake-Cardiology Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2.

Work Schedule Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) Day Shift

Primary Job Responsibilities Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery Other duties as requested

Requirements High school graduation or equivalent AND One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR An equivalent combination of education/experience

Compensation, Benefits, and Position Details Pay Range Minimum: $43,236.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum: $59,976.00 annual
