Associate Veterinarian – Portland, Oregon
Our client is an AAHA-accredited animal clinic located in Portland, Oregon, and is seeking an Associate Veterinarian. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. The position may be Full‑Time or Part‑Time based on mutual agreement.
Working Hours / Rota Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The hospital is closed on Sundays. Flexible scheduling is available to promote a healthy work‑life balance.
Responsibilities and Scope of Practice
Provide comprehensive animal care, including wellness visits, preventive medicine, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry.
Collaborate with an experienced veterinary team for mentorship and ongoing professional development.
Adhere to AAHA standards of care and maintain high‑quality treatment practices.
Practice & Team The clinic is equipped with state‑of‑the‑art technology, including in‑house ultrasound, endoscopy, and digital radiography. It is supported by six licensed veterinary technicians and a collaborative team of two veterinarians.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 (Annual)
Production Opportunities: Additional earnings above base.
