Overview
Beacon Hill’s client seeks applications for an attorney in its Wilmington, Delaware office with 5-8 years of relevant experience to join its dynamic and sophisticated Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of Chapter 11 proceedings, representing debtors, lenders, official committees, and discrete creditors. Applicants should have experience drafting documents such as motions and briefs, strong legal research and writing skills, and demonstrate superior communication, oral advocacy, and organizational skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Delaware. A financial or business background is a plus.
Responsibilities The attorney will engage in all aspects of bankruptcy litigation and strategic advisory, providing comprehensive support to clients throughout the restructuring process.
Qualifications • 5-8 years of experience in bankruptcy & restructuring law • Admission to practice in Delaware • Demonstrated experience drafting motions, briefs, and other bankruptcy documents • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills • Proven ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
