Responsibilities
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers.
Adhere to operational, merchandise and loss prevention standards.
Ring purchases/returns accurately and handle change according to procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Maintain merchandising philosophy and clean, organized store environment.
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
Participate in store recovery, shrink reduction and safety awareness.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Capacity to multi‑task and respond to changes.
Ability to lift heavy objects, with reasonable accommodation if needed.
Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors.
Preferred experience in retail customer experience.
