We are actively looking to hire compassionate, energetic LPNs, RNs, and new graduates to help care for our home healthcare clients. We are willing to train in G‑tube, trach, and ventilator areas if needed. Our nursing supervisors are eagerly awaiting to teach nurses.
Position:
Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) for a 21‑year‑old female with a g‑tube, trach & vent in Annapolis, MD.
Schedule:
Scattered weeknights: 10 P‑6 A; PRN weekends: 8 A‑4 P.
Job Responsibilities
Working one‑on‑one in the client's home
Complete nursing assessment
Administer medication & treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner
Job Requirements
Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or multistate compact license – Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
Valid CPR/BLS certification
Confidence to work independently
Basic knowledge of G‑tube/Trach care preferred; willing to train qualified and interested candidates
Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
Pediatric experience a plus
Benefits / Salary Information
Pay range: $26‑42 per hour. Pay rates determined by licensure, skills, experience, and vary per case.
Employees receive 1.5× pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
