Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr – $155,000.00/yr
About the Role We are looking for a Senior Hydrogeologist to join our team of dedicated professionals in the Pacific Northwest. This position has flexibility to work remotely and come into the office for training, project coordination, and team collaboration.
You Will
Manage a broad range of projects including groundwater monitoring, contaminated site investigation and remediation, environmental due diligence, and regulatory coordination.
Provide project and client management services for hydrogeologic characterization, environmental investigations, remediation and water resources assessments.
Direct remedial investigation and feasibility studies from concept to final delivery, including the preparation of technical reports and specifications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hydrogeological and environmental considerations into infrastructure projects and business development needs.
Mentor and develop junior staff.
You Have
15+ years of professional experience in environmental consulting, including planning and performing site investigation, characterization, and remediation in Washington State.
Professionally licensed hydrogeologist (LHG) in Washington, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of employment.
Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams to conduct Remedial Investigations and Feasibility Studies for remediation projects with varying degrees of complexity and/or overall scope.
Well‑versed working knowledge of environmental regulations and guidance including MTCA, RCRA, CERCLA and Solid Waste Regulations.
Experience working with the Washington State Department of Ecology through formal and voluntary cleanups, including those enrolled in programs administered by the Pollution Liability Insurance Agency.
Degree in geology, hydrogeology, geosciences, or other related field.
Compensation Information Base salary for this position is in the range of $125,000–$155,000. Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee‑owners, we are eligible for performance‑based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually.
