SAP NS2 Technical Quality Manager / Support Engineer (MaxSecure) - Remote

Position Description The Technical Quality Manager/Support Engineer (TQM) belongs to the NS2 Service and Support MaxSecure Delivery team, responsible for delivering MaxSecure engagements and support services for premium contracts.
Expectations and Tasks
Act as a trusted advisor in safeguarding and optimizing adoption of SAP‑centric digital solutions.
Manage customer relationships and PE engagement(s) on assigned federal, defense, state, local, education, healthcare, and private sector accounts under MaxSecure or related contracts.
Gather insights about customer business and roadmap to enable successful delivery.
Advise on solution operations to support business continuity.
Lead Premium Engagement Steering Meetings and report SAP involvement.
Maintain accurate view of PE Time Actuals/Revenue forecasting weekly.
Identify opportunities to develop Premium Engagement.
Manage PE customer engagement service plan and coordinate with CoE.
Participate in SAP Virtual Account Team (VAT) meetings.
Serve as primary point of contact for customer escalations and manage incidents.
Resolve tickets and incidents with secure support teams.
Submit weekly status reports to Customer and NS2 PE Shared Mailbox.
Drive engagement planning and ensure SAP’s involvement in initiatives.
Establish long‑term trusted customer relationship.
Identify risks to prevent harm to customer business.
Provide trusted advisory guidance.
Ensure quality outcome reporting to demonstrate value.
Travel up to 80% as needed.
Work and Education Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
1‑3+ years of business software implementation consulting and/or support.
1+ years of experience supporting SAP engineering or maintenance services.
Demonstrated customer‑facing communication and presentation skills.
Preferred: SAP AGS certifications or delivery experience as a TQM.
Understanding of ERP implementation concepts.
Awareness of SAP Maintenance Portfolio and related support offerings.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to understand customer business model and measure business value.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Understanding Of
S4 or SAP ERP implementation (Greenfield, Brownfield, SDT).
System landscape models and technical architecture.
Cloud architecture (private, public).
On‑premise to cloud transformation and migration.
Integration and extensibility via Business Technology Platform.
Cyber and information security.

Compensation Range: $63,200 - $140,600 USD (annualized). Expected Travel: 0-80%.
