Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing – Lifestyle
will lead development and execution of marketing strategies that build awareness, engagement, and affinity for Peter Millar’s lifestyle business. This role is responsible for connecting brand storytelling, product launches, partnerships, and retail activation into cohesive 360° campaigns that reflect the aspirational world of Peter Millar.
This role requires full-time on-site presence and is not eligible for remote or hybrid arrangements.
Essential Functions
Lead the lifestyle marketing strategy and go-to-market planning for Peter Millar’s non-golf and non-sport business segments.
Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
Collaborate with Creative, Media, and Brand Communications (Social, PR, Influencer) to ensure storytelling drives brand consideration and engagement.
Partner with Merchandising and Product teams to shape seasonal narratives and product positioning aligned to lifestyle consumer personas.
Manage cross-functional campaign timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure flawless execution across digital, retail, and wholesale channels.
Work with the Media and Digital Commerce teams to ensure mid- and upper-funnel initiatives are connected to conversion and performance goals.
Support the Director of Marketing in defining and measuring brand awareness, consideration, and engagement metrics for the lifestyle category.
Lead the creative briefing process for lifestyle-focused campaigns, ensuring concepts align with the broader brand narrative.
Collaborate with Retail Marketing and Wholesale teams to bring lifestyle campaigns to life in boutiques, shop-in-shops, and retail events.
Identify and execute strategic partnerships and collaborations that reinforce the Peter Millar lifestyle brand.
Stay attuned to cultural and fashion trends, ensuring Peter Millar’s lifestyle presence remains relevant, elevated, and aspirational.
Competencies
Strong understanding of luxury brand marketing and consumer psychology.
Experience building and activating integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, and partnership channels.
Ability to connect creative storytelling with data-driven insights.
Excellent project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Refined taste level with an understanding of visual and tonal brand alignment in premium and luxury markets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior leadership.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high attention to detail and a bias for action.
Desired Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, preferred.
5–7 years of marketing experience; men's fashion preferred.
2+ years of experience with operations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Enjoyment of daily problem-solving.
Demonstrated success developing new ideas and improving processes.
Background knowledge of golf and tour players, preferred.
Location and Salary Raleigh, NC. Full-time. Salary range: $150,000–$170,000.
