Support the General Manager in overseeing daily front‑of‑house operations
Lead by example to ensure a seamless, hospitality‑driven guest experience
Assist with recruiting, training, and developing service teams
Contribute to cost control efforts, scheduling, and labor management
Uphold brand standards, service excellence, and team accountability across all shifts
Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in upscale or fine dining
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional service in a high‑volume environment
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Experience with cost control, labor management, and basic financial reporting
Hands‑on, professional, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences
