About the Housekeeping Houseperson Position First impressions count. We’re seeking a Housekeeping Houseperson who can assist room attendants on assigned floors in preparing the rooms to make guests feel right at home.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Clean, store, and secure in an organized manner all linens and guest items for the rooms
Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and housekeeping staff
Collect dirty linens and transport them to the laundry area
Deliver fresh linens to room attendant carts throughout the day
May also assist with stripping linens from rooms and/or the cleaning of public areas
What We Need From You
Communication skills – guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
Problem‑solving skills that turn issues into opportunities, ensuring every guest leaves with great memories
Fluency in the local language – extra language skills would be great, but not essential
Literate and tech‑savvy – you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math, and basic computer usage
