Responsibilities
Provide the full scope of general dental services with a commitment to clinical excellence. Deliver patient-centered care, ensuring comfort and clear communication of treatment plans. Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and the rest of the team. Participate actively in the doctor-owned group's mission and culture.
Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree Active state dental license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain one) Strong clinical skills, with a commitment to providing the highest quality of care. Excellent communication and patient management skills Commitment to continuing education and professional development
