The Senior DevOps Engineer will leverage expertise in Azure DevOps and Jira Cloud expertise to streamline FHN Financial's development pipeline, drive infrastructure automation, and enhance cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, migrate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Collaborate with development teams to automate build, test, and deployment processes
Provide assessment / recommendations on CI/CD best practices and help establish new patterns as needed
Configure and manage Jira Cloud workflows, dashboards, and integrations
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of production environments
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
Stay abreast of trends related to cloud services and DevOps tools, platforms, and procedures
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, repos, and artifacts as well as related ADO automation processes (webhooks, service connections, etc.)
3-5 years of experience with Jira Cloud administration and workflow configuration
Experience with infrastructure as code tools and cloud environments
Proficiency in scripting and or coding (PowerShell, C#)
Solid understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles
Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting applications on Windows Servers especially in relation to web applications and IIS
Experience implementing monitoring and alerting solutions
Additional Qualifications
Experience with Azure cloud services and service management (Entra ID, Azure Monitor) or similar cloud solutions
Experience with Atlassian suite beyond Jira (Confluence)
Experience with containerization technologies
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Experience with application performance monitoring tools
Knowledge of database administration and optimization
