About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President, Communications to lead the formulation and implementation of a forward-thinking global communications strategy that harmonizes with the company's rapid expansion and technological innovations. The chosen candidate will have the crucial role of crafting the company’s external narrative, engaging key stakeholders, and fostering a unified internal communication framework that resonates across a diverse, global workforce.
This role requires a sophisticated communicator with at least 12 years of strategic communications expertise, including a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles, proven success in both B2B and B2C communications. As the Senior Vice President, Communications, you will be the driving force behind our storytelling endeavors, leveraging your skills in media relations, content development, and strategic partnerships to ensure our messaging is not only authentic but also transparent and human-centered.
The ideal candidate will excel at managing intricate communication initiatives, from crafting high-stakes messages to overseeing critical reputation management tasks. A profound understanding of global media landscapes and the ability to tailor communication strategies to various cultural contexts are essential. Experience in leading communications for publicly traded companies, particularly in investor relations, is a must.
You should be a strategic visionary and a hands-on practitioner with outstanding writing skills and established media connections. A genuine interest in AI and a desire to explore innovative AI practices and tools in communications are key components of this role. The Senior Vice President, Communications will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team, provide coaching on effective communication, and mentor a talented global communications team.
