The role demands a leader with at least 15 years' experience in corporate affairs, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or rare disease sectors, and a proven track record in budget management, digital and AI-powered tools, and global team management. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Corporate Affairs position at the company will have a background in global or regional corporate affairs, with a strong preference for experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or rare disease industries. They must demonstrate exceptional agility, resilience, and the ability to inspire creativity and confidence across local, regional, and global teams. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with organizational ambiguity, change, and dynamic reporting, and who can drive positive outcomes amid transition. Key skills include advanced digital and AI-powered tools for strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management.
