Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Experience with IT systems, databases, and key software applications.

Critical thinker with problem solving skills

Technical writing skills to produce and revise content.

Organizational and time management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with users and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.

Security Clearance: This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a CI Poly, US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.

Responsibilities: The Knowledge Manager utilizes skills to manage and distribute information across the program to ensure effective knowledge sharing and utilization to enhance knowledge transfer and operational efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and stakeholders for analytic production.

Utilize centralized and peripheral databases, content management and records management systems.

Develop optimal workflows and processes for document and information sharing.

Develop a document management system, including features such as document upload, search, and retrieval.

Ensure stakeholders have access to the information they need.

Compile reports on performance and usage metrics for knowledge management capabilities to include, but not limited to search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data, production and tasking.

Disseminate intelligence products across networks and portals.

Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for deliverables and documentation to ensure easy navigation and accessibility for all users.
