After-School Program Site Coordinator in Honolulu Bring your leadership and creativity to Kama‘āina Kids , Hawai‘i’s largest locally owned and operated non-profit serving children and families. As a Site Coordinator , you’ll guide staff, support families, and create a fun, safe, and inspiring after-school environment where kids can learn, play, and grow.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily program operations and mentor your team.

Welcome children after school with snacks, laughter, and engaging activities.

Support homework time and spark curiosity through hands‑on STEM projects.

Inspire imagination with crafts, cooking, and creative play.

Encourage active fun through outdoor games and sports.

Build meaningful relationships with families and ensure program quality.

No Nights or Weekends:

Enjoy a balanced weekday schedule (typically 1:30–5:30 PM).

Competitive Pay:

$20–$24/hr

$1,000 for Site Coordinators

Qualifications

Experience working with children (formal or informal, such as coaching or volunteer work).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience in a supervisory role within a child care or education environment is appreciated.
