MV Transportation
Responsibilities:
Handle client calls and communicate issues with drivers
Monitor radio and telephones for service quality
Ensure positive employee morale and quality customer service
Track and complete driver sign-in and sign-out
Assign trips to drivers as needed
Monitor daily system performance and participate in operating performance review
Communicate closed or late starting routes to supervisors or managers
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1 year previous dispatcher experience preferred
2 years of customer service experience preferred
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with Trapeze software preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain composure under pressure
Demonstrate high customer service commitment and professional phone manner
Knowledge of the service area is a plus
