Full‑time Plastic Surgeon (Wound Management) – Marlboro, MA (National Wound Physician Group)

Practice Details
Location: 40–60 mile radius of Marlboro, MA
Scope: bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long‑term acute care hospitals
Schedule: 45‑hour week (Monday‑Friday, 7 am‑4 pm) for full‑time; part‑time minimum 3 days / week
Visits: 2–3 facilities per day, ~20–30 patients per day
Documentation: real‑time point‑of‑care EMR
Paid training during onboarding plus 6‑month wound‑care fellowship
No visa sponsorship; W‑2 employment
Responsibilities
Deliver modern wound management at the bedside
Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facilityDocument patient encounters in real‑time using proprietary EMR
Requirements
Active unrestricted MD/DO medical license in the state of practice
Commitment of at least 3 weekdays per week
Compensation & Benefits
Averages $300,000 per year plus benefits
