Job Description R&D Partners is seeking to hire an
Engineer II - MTS
in
Cambridge, MA.
Your main responsibilities as an Engineer II - MTS Support technology transfer, process scale-up, and optimization at CMOs.
Assist with deviation assessments, change control documentation, CAPAs, and risk evaluations.
Collect and analyze process data, prepare reports and summaries.
Contribute to process validation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Author process control documents and communicate updates to cross-functional teams.
What we are looking for in an Engineer II - MTS B.S. in a relevant science field; 2+ years of lab or GMP experience.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; JMP experience a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Travel between sites (Cambridge and Norton) may be required.
