Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Field Service Technician.

What You Will Be Doing: This role involves providing customers with on-site equipment service for the portfolio of Radiology equipment. This includes preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support service. The position is also crucial for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction while achieving business objectives and requires a willingness to acquire and use sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations at end‑user customer sites using approved procedures and documentation.

Utilize resources and self‑knowledge to effectively troubleshoot and repair technically complex equipment.

Responsible for organizing daily work schedule and coordinating with territory teammates to ensure efficient operations.

Maintain mobile inventory, organizing and re‑ordering as needed to maximize equipment up‑time. Responsible for proper return of all defective/used inventory.

Generate service revenue through promotion of Service Programs and Billable services, working with Inside Sales teammates to prepare and develop service quotes.

Generate sales leads and communicate to respective sales reps for new product or product upgrade opportunities.

Complete work orders accurately to ensure customer billing aligns with company policies.

Maintain company work vehicle and assigned calibration tools, special equipment, and stock inventory.

Ensure all proprietary information is safeguarded from non‑personnel.

Required Skills & Experience:

Associate degree (preferred) in electronics, mechanical engineering, biomedical equipment technology, IT networking, or related field.

Equivalent experience accepted: military training or technical certification in electronics, aviation, IT, or related disciplines with at least 2–3 years of applicable experience.

Proven ability to perform operational verification, preventive maintenance, and technical repairs on complex equipment.

Strong time management and organizational skills to independently prioritize workload.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM or field service management software.

Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Ability to lift or push 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (up to 70%) and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Prior work experience in a hospital or healthcare equipment service setting.

Experience using service ticketing or ERP systems.

Demonstrated customer service excellence in a client‑facing technical role.

Basic sales acumen and ability to identify service revenue opportunities.

Familiarity with radiology or biomedical equipment.

Pay: $36.40 - $52.00 /hr.
