What is Expected: GED or diploma preferred; forklift certs give you an edge 6 months in a warehouse or production experience required Be able to use scanners or tracking systems - or learn fast on the job Run pallet jacks and forklifts safely and steadily Follow instructions and get it right Strong enough to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet all shift Log inventory and orders with basic computer skills Load and unload trucks without slowing the line Move, stack, and stage the product where it belongs Inspect what comes in, catch mistakes, and call them out Keep your area clean and clear - no hazards Jump in where needed and back up your crew What You'll Get
