As a Night Audit at our high-volume convention hotel, you will be the face of the property during overnight hours, ensuring seamless guest experiences and accurate end-of-day reporting. This position combines the responsibilities of a front desk agent with critical overnight accounting functions. You will support late-night arrivals, early morning departures, and everything in between, all while maintaining operational accuracy and delivering warm, professional service.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide exceptional service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
Process payments, manage room keys, and maintain accurate guest records
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Monitor property activity to ensure safety and security during overnight hours
Communicate hotel services, amenities, and special offers clearly to guests
Prepare daily reports for hotel leadership and support handoff to morning teams
Perform nightly audit procedures as needed to reconcile and balance all hotel transactions from the day
