About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President of Financial Operations to oversee the financial stewardship of our organization. This senior leadership role is vital for enhancing the accuracy and promptness of our financial reporting processes, particularly in relation to SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will lead and inspire our accounting team while managing the preparation and analysis of financial statements and SEC filings. You will develop and implement robust financial policies, strengthen internal controls, and drive key finance initiatives while providing valuable strategic insights. Key responsibilities include: Leading the adherence to financial reporting standards and regulations. Mentoring and developing the accounting team for peak performance. Driving integration efforts for various corporate transactions. Collaborating with the CFO to present financial reports to senior executives and stakeholders. Overseeing the analysis of financial statements for decision-making processes. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with CPA or CMA certification. A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible accounting experience is required, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, specifically in public company financial management. You should possess comprehensive knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance, complemented by outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
