Position Overview The new Psychiatrist will provide inpatient psychiatric care to adults with mental health and substance use disorders. The role requires a passion for delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care and working with a diverse behavioral health patient population.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive inpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults with mental health and substance use disorders.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

Participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and quality improvement activities.

Mentor psychiatry residents and contribute to educational initiatives.

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist (General Psychiatry)

Experience and comfort treating general adult populations, substance abuse and co‑occurring disorders

Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
