What You Bring
Board Certified / Eligible in General Surgery
Surgical Critical Care Fellowship completion
California medical license (or eligibility)

Base salary: $450,000 (91 primary 24‑hour shifts included)
Shift add‑on: $2,380 per additional shift
Signing bonus: $50,000 sign‑on bonus plus relocation assistance
Production incentives: Additional wRVU incentives provided
