Job Overview We are seeking an dynamic and experienced Associate HR Business Partner to join our team. As a HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our Human Resources activities, contributing to the success and growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive HR program success by providing consultative support and coaching to business colleagues in various HR areas, with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
Collaborate with business and HR teams to strategically execute key initiatives such as recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and employee development, enhancing organizational structure and performance.
Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with HR programs and policies, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, compensation, benefits, and records management, while continuously striving for process efficiency.
Promote the value of HR programs by effectively communicating their business impact and facilitating smooth implementation to minimize disruption.
Work alongside business leaders and HR teams to enhance employee engagement, address employee relations issues, and foster a positive organizational culture.
Support employee training and development efforts, contributing to continuous learning and growth within the organization.
Stay updated on HR-related training and industry best practices to enhance expertise and contribute to HR excellence.
Fulfill any other assigned duties to contribute to overall organizational success.
Experience and Education
3+ years of well-rounded HR Generalist experience.
Experience with HR technology and use of HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Ability to manage projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision.
Ability to identify and navigate issues/problems that are difficult and sometimes complex.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
