Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis | Full-time

As our Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, you’ll be at the heart of our growth and strategic success, supporting a mission‑driven team that transforms lives through therapy. This remote leadership position offers flexibility while keeping you closely connected to our executive team, with monthly travel to our corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, FL.
In this high‑impact role, you’ll lead our financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics, ensuring we stay aligned with both business goals and patient care excellence.
Your Role
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and cash flow strategies
Deliver actionable insights and financial models to guide executive decision‑making
Present KPIs and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board
Align financial planning with business strategy through collaboration with cross‑functional teams
Support due diligence, investment analysis, and ROI modeling for M&A opportunities
Lead and develop a high‑performing FP&A team that thrives on innovation and accountability
Travel to the Jacksonville, FL, corporate office at least once per month for leadership meetings
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
Proven senior leadership experience in multi‑site or healthcare organizations
Deep knowledge of modeling, forecasting, and performance metrics
Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
Residesin the Central or Eastern time zone, ideally in north Texas, central Oklahoma, or Florida
