Job Summary

The Athletics Department at the University of Colorado Boulder is hiring a Ticket Office Customer Service Representative! This position is part of our Ticket Operations team. As a Ticket Office Representative, you will be a part of a team that will help our fans with their ticketing needs.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be

Be responsible for answering phones.

Assisting season ticket holders with renewing, purchasing or accessing their tickets.

Assist fans in purchasing tickets and accessing their tickets.

Answering questions for any general fans calling in.

Assisting ticket managers in checking voicemails and e-mails.

Assisting ticket managers in opening/closing duties.

Assist ticket managers with any daily tasks.

What You Should Know

We are expecting this position to work 20-40 hours per week. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

Occasional nights and weekends to work basketball games as well as concerts and external events.

This temporary appointment is expected to last 9-12 months.

What We Can Offer

Starting pay is $18.90/hr.

6 months of customer service experience.

What You Will Need

Ability to report promptly to assigned shifts.

Ability to make decisions based on situational circumstances.

Works well with people in a team and in a service position.
