As a Senior Director, be a vital member of the FS consulting team, driving value-based outcomes. Cultivate trusted client relationships and source project opportunities to generate revenue. Deliver solutions with deep FS content knowledge and client relationship skills. Identify client pain points and develop custom strategies for complex engagements. Participate in proposal development and pre-sales to expand Simon-Kuchers footprint and client base. Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements within Financial Services. Balance customer success, project profitability, and team satisfaction while incorporating client feedback. Provide exceptional client service and communication, even in challenging situations. Lead a large team of junior consultants to develop actionable insights using data, analytics, and research. Manage multiple engagements and project teams, including coaching and development of team members. Contribute to practice growth through new capabilities, thought leadership, and business development opportunities. Develop and deliver new thought leadership with peers in FS practice. Stay abreast of current industry trends relevant to clients businesses. Analyze processes and tools to recommend improvements. Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence in change management. Play a role in recruiting and integrating new FS consultants. Contribute to Simon-Kuchers culture and success. Your Profile / Qualifications
Strong knowledge and passion for the Financial Services sector. Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree (MS/MA/MBA) preferred. Minimum 10+ years in a professional services environment, ideally management consulting in FS. Experience in growth strategies, go-to-market strategy, pricing, distribution, monetization, and related disciplines. Existing North American FS network with senior executives preferred. Proven ability to build executive-level client relationships and sell complex strategy engagements; ability to identify new revenue opportunities. Experience leading client engagements, achieving a balance of customer success, profitability, and employee satisfaction. Proven recruitment, mentoring, and team-building capabilities. Experience building or leading an industry practice with focus on profitable growth and IP development. Proven ability to manage complex change programs and hands-on involvement in opportunity creation. Strong presentation and communication skills for senior audiences. Ability to travel at least 25% of the time. Salary for this position in New York:
$240,000-$275,000/year . Compensation varies with experience, location, and business needs. Benefits include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) eligibility. Simon-Kucher
