to join a well-established and respected practice in Maryland Heights! SSM Health in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages, ensuring a continuum of care that emphasizes wellness and prevention. This role involves diagnosing and treating various ailments, advising on preventive healthcare, and managing chronic diseases.

Join a vast team of providers (5 DO, 2 NP, 2 Pediatricians)
Own dedicated MA
Clinic longevity: 15+ years
Less than five miles from SSM Health DePaul Hospital
On-call: weekday own call, weekend 1:8 rotating among practice colleagues
Connection to SSM Urgent Care with onsite X-ray
Lab facility two doors down from the clinic
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including acute and chronic illness management, preventive care, and health education
Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records using the electronic health record (EHR) system
Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives
Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications:
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Valid medical license to practice in the state of Missouri
DEA license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
