Speech-Language Pathologist (Part-Time, Onsite) – Syracuse, NY

Position Overview We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time onsite role in Syracuse, NY, with the potential to transition to full-time after training. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
As an SLP at Lifespan, you will: Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs. Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Support patients and families through education and guidance.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current New York State licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP). Strong proficiency in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders. Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Prior clinical experience is a plus. Must hold NY State license with 2–3 years of experience.
