Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and reliable
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)
to join our surgical services team in
Concord, Massachusetts.
This role involves providing safe, efficient, and high-quality perioperative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive
OR experience , strong clinical judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures. Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers throughout operative cases. Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control protocols. Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for procedures. Monitor patients’ vital signs and responses during surgery. Document all aspects of care accurately in the EMR system. Rotate through
call shifts
(2x/month) and
weekend call every 6th weekend. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction. Requirements: Active Massachusetts RN License

Required BLS (AHA)

Required 3–5 years of recent Operating Room experience

Required Multiple travel contracts
