Randstad is hiring: Warehouse Associate in Rancho Cucamonga

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced logistics team in Rancho Cucamonga , CA. As a key member of this national IT services provider, you will be responsible for helping in all areas of the warehouse, including receiving, order processing, shipping, pulling orders, and inventory. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with hands-on forklift experience and excellent communication skills.

Essential Functions

• Perform general warehouse activities, including product receiving, order pulling, packaging, and same-day shipping.
• Operate a forklift, lift truck, or power pallet jack to move shipments from the receiving platform to storage areas.
• Manage and track Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests.
• Assist in labeling, packaging, and preparing shipper cartons.
• Organize the warehouse, replenish stock, and order warehouse supplies as needed.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Hands-on experience operating a forklift, power pallet jack, or other material handling equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, with a heavy emphasis on proactive email communication.
• Experience in inventory management and conducting cycle counts.
