Job Description
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing various warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and supports daily warehouse operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
Verify accuracy of orders, shipments, and inventory records.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (if certified).
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer and inventory system knowledge a plus.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.
